Please be advised that our lift, which provides access to the first and second floors, is currently out of service until further notice.
If you have limited mobility or are unable to use the stairs, please contact our Reception Team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to relocate your booking to a ground floor room, subject to availability. Unfortunately, this cannot be guaranteed.

Dogs are welcome in Standard Rooms only (not permitted in Executive Rooms, Bridal Suites, or other suites). A £10.00 per dog, per night fee applies, and a £50.00 pre-authorisation will be taken on arrival to cover potential damage. A maximum of 2 dogs per room is allowed.
